We asked our most recent Leadership Class to answer some questions about their experience taking the leadership training. Over the next few weeks, you will get to hear from some of them about their experience and what they learned.
This week we hear from Sarah Trites and Stephanie Pelletier
Sarah Trites is a member of our Central Maine Chapter. She shared the following:
I learned how to better solve problems. Taking the leadership class is a great way to meet new friends and learn skills as a leader. I learned that we all have different skills and different ideas and working together we can be good leaders.
Stephanie Pelletier is a member of the Northern Aroostook Chapter, and she shared her experience of taking Leadership Training. “I learned a lot from Leadership”. I learned to help people, to make friends, to know what people are going through, to listen to others, and trustworthiness.
For those of you who are thinking about taking leadership training, you are going to learn a lot.
